Louis
E. Sales, Jr., from Philadelphia,
PA "The City of Brotherly Love", relocated to Maryland as a "walk-on" for the
basketball team at Essex Community College of Maryland. After playing a
half season, Louis decided to put his dedication into track, where he became a
four-time Junior College All-American. After leaving Essex, he transferred
to George Mason University on a track scholarship. At George Mason, Louis
majored in Health Fitness and Recreation & Resources under the Health Sciences
Department. He was a six-time All-American in track and field, a four-time
U.S. trial finalist in the 400 hurdles, which included an Olympic campaign in
2000. Louis will, soon, pursue a masters degree in Sports Management.
Currently, Louis runs under the USATF Association. He runs any event from
the 200 - 800 meters. He also enjoys playing in the USFFA Football League
with the DC Capital Pitbulls in the Washington DC Metropolitan area.
Louis trains athletes on the high
school, collegiate and professional levels which include the National Football
League and the National Basketball Association. He also conducts personal
training sessions for non-athletic individuals.
