M180 Core:
This advanced program is designed to help
increase your body's energy and strength. If you are a committed
athlete/team, the M180 Core program will help you get to peak performance.
Intensive sessions focus on muscular size, using compound and isolation
movements. Training will help athletes with flexibility, endurance,
strength, acceleration, power, lateral speed, speed and agility. The
M180 Core requires weights and the track.
Fees:
$380.00 per 2 weeks (2 hours sessions, 3
times a week for 6 weeks) |
