Program 1

Personal Training

A goal-oriented program for those who need guidance and motivation.  This program is great for individuals that are concerned about their physical well-being.  The program will be tailored to fit your needs and goals. 

Fees:

$50.00 per hour/session
$250.00 for 2 weeks (3 sessions per week)

 

Program 2

Speed and Conditioning:

This training emphasizes conditioning the neuro-muscular system.  By developing  these neurological firing patterns, the brain and body learn to work together. Emphasis is on flexibility, conditioning and athletic strength. Completing this training ("commitment is important") will take your athletic ability to another level.  30 sessions or more are recommended for optimized results (no weights).

10 - Professional

Fees:

$50.00 per hour/session
$250.00 for 2 weeks (3 sessions per week)


Program 3

Speed Course:

This introductory course is designed to help individuals or groups through proper exercises and drills while developing more speed.  Proper running mechanics, agility, multi-directional movement, general strength and breathing techniques will be emphasized.  One hour sessions.  No weights. 

Age:

 9 - 12 (4 weeks)
13 - 19 (6 weeks)
20 - Professional (6 weeks)

Fees:

$50.00 per hour/session
$250.00 per 2 weeks (3 sessions per week)

M180 Core Program:

M180 Core:

This advanced program is designed to help increase your body's energy and strength.  If you are a committed athlete/team, the M180 Core program will help you get to peak performance.  Intensive sessions focus on muscular size, using compound and isolation movements.  Training will help athletes with flexibility, endurance, strength, acceleration, power, lateral speed, speed and agility.  The M180 Core requires weights and the track.

Fees:

$380.00 per 2 weeks (2 hours sessions, 3 times a week for 6 weeks)
